By law in Germany, providers of telemedia services must make certain identifying information permanently available, easily recognisable, and directly accessible.

EU online dispute resolution (ODR) and consumer dispute resolution

Note that the EU ODR platform ceased operation as of 20 July 2025; references to it should be confirmed and updated by counsel before publication. Liability and copyright notice

Liability for content: As a service provider, the operator is responsible for its own content on these pages in accordance with general law (§ 7 (1) DDG). Pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, the operator is not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected; liability in this respect arises only from the point in time at which a concrete infringement becomes known.

Liability for links: The Service may contain links to external third-party websites over whose content the operator has no control. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. No permanent monitoring of linked pages is reasonable without concrete indications of an infringement; upon becoming aware of legal violations, such links will be removed promptly.
